Getting to know the customer and details of the event so that I am well aware of what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Psychology and work for The Department of Education with children who have special needs. I have also worked at a pre school for many years as a head teacher and arts and crafts were a huge part of my every day curriculum with my students.
