Very professional and expeditious service. Angel gave me a quick and economic quote. They went far to acquire the proper siding and took care of all the details in between. Very reliable and effective! Im very happy with their work and will commission them again.

Last year my neighbor and I hired Carlos and his crew to do our attached roofs. They did an amazing job! The quality of work and their attention to detail was superb. They did the job in a very timely manner. We were so pleased, we had them do our front steps and porch. They did a great job at that as well. I highly recommend them, theyre true professionals!

Malan general construction is very reliable, clean and efficient with all the work he has done for me. In 2024, he replaced my roof along with my semi attached neighbor in three days. I hired him to do some painting, install four doors and installed new carpet on steps along with railway and post. The paint job was above my expectations. Im looking forward to do more work in the nearby future. I want to thank all his employees who came and worked all day to make my home beautiful.

Hired the Malan team to do my outdoor stairs and paint my fence. The provided me with a quote broken out in detail quickly and professionally through a link. Ended up completing the work within a few days and I was impressed with how well it turned out. Definitely plan on calling them on future projects as well!
