Carlos was prompt and kept me informed. He did work on my roof to clean the dryer vent and repair a hanging fascia. He took pictures of the work to share with me. I would have hoped to see more before pictures and a photos of the roof not related to the repair as I have a ridge vent and wanted to see that it was not damaged due to walking around up there. The repairs are done and working fine so far.
