I wish I was allowed to select all 5 highlights as an option. Natalie and her team did not only provide quality work, while displaying top notch professionalism and responsiveness, but were also very punctual and I got more than my money’s worth. Few highlights: - They were very flexible about the appointment and worked around my schedule. - Once I had a later appointment, I almost had to cancel again. This caused Natalie having to reroute. When I confirmed I can still do the original time, they were on the way again, and with the delay 100% caused by me, they still arrived 5-10 minutes early. - Once they confirmed to have the physical space, they were willing to take another piece of furniture. A sofa at that, and the additional price was extremely fair - this is note worthy because a lot of other businesses in then same situation would have tried to price gauge their customer. - Lastly, the pricing is very very competitive. All other names I looked at were either charging more or were not transparent over their pricing. In summary, this is a great founder-owned and operated business, with apparent values of great leadership, refreshing transparency, caring customer service and a very strong work ethic. If I need similar services New York again, they will be my go-to provider.
