FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you go into any contractual obligation knowing clearly what you want and expect.Have it written down so you don't miss anything and have it clearly stated to the agent. All contracting agents should have it worded to your understanding in the contract. It protects everyone involved from mistakes, never let them make a standard contract for you.It should be customized for each business because they have different fields and needs. How can they all be the same?So standard contracts are a dead giveaway for misrespresentation and sub-par work. All agents cannot do all work,so make sure you request a specific assistant. If you are a lawyer, you need a paralegal or legal administrator so that is what you would request. The point is to get what you are looking for so you always want to be in full control and stating exactly everything you need.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that people realized how more efficient a virtual executive is and how much work that person is capable of generating. It is a no-nonsense business so more things are are getting done. There's no water cooler, breaks or vacations; You always have your assistant working for you and this saves money and time.It costs the same as in-house but gives you the opportunity to be in the field and not supervise an office.
