What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimum price for notary service starts at $30 and may increase depending on the distance traveled to the client, number of clients, pages/signatures, and if additonal services are required (fax, scan, email, mail etc.). The minimum price for simple weddings starts at $125.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would need to know that type of document (s) , number of signatures, and pages requiring notarization. Is a witness required, and if the client needs the document (s) scanned, faxed, mailed, or forwarded via email. For weddings, we would schedule a consultation to discuss ideas to make your wedding day memorable and special ✨️.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Criminal justice (CJ). I further worked in various courts and numerous sectors of the CJ system. I am also an ordained minister.
