If you’re serious about getting into shape I can’t recommend Larry enough!
I’ve been working with Larry since August of last year and he has made a big difference for me. Larry does a great job balancing accountability and flexibility. He’s no afraid to call you out when you’re falling off track but he also understands you’re not a robot who will eat and work out on schedule every single time. One great thing is unlike others there are no gimmicky special diets but just a realistic approach.
