- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Di McXprience offers sessions based on the goals of our "Warrias". Warrias can request single sessions as well as they can purchase packages of 5, 10, 20 sessions and so on.The price for our sessions are usually discussed with potential "Warrias" after our initial interview.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our process for working together is quite simple and begins with an initial conversation via call or personal messaging on any of our social media platforms.We inquire about potential "Warrias" personal goals and requirements/expectations from Di McXprience. Once Warrias find our offerings suitable to them, we then arrange payment for session or sessions after which we schedule the days and times that we will be facilitating those sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Di McXprience has Trainers who are qualified in Psychology and Personal Training and Athletic Training. Our exercise experience therefore features training of the the mind as well as the body because we believe that the mind and body should be in perfect synergy.
