- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a minimum rate for up to 1.5, after which we charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive the 20% deposit, we send an contract for electronic signature. Then we work out any specific logistical details and other special details pertaining to the event. On the day of the event, we arrive at least 2-3 hours early to load in and set up. Then we rock the show! Breakdown & load out typically takes 1 hour.
