Winston drove an hour and 15 minutes to my house to solve an alarm problem that nobody could or wanted to. Everyone wanted to sell me a whole new system. An hour after getting here the problem was solved by systematic checking every possible potential problem. Winston is a pros pro and if I could give him a 6 I would.
