These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by WeDry Restoration Group LLC (“WeDry,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to any client (“Client” or “you”). By hiring WeDry, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
WeDry provides water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration, and related services. Services are performed according to industry standards and best practices.
2. Payment & Insurance
• WeDry works with all major insurance companies to assist with claims processing. However, the Client remains responsible for any charges not covered by insurance.
• Payment terms and estimates will be outlined in a separate service agreement or invoice.
• Late payments may incur interest and collection fees.
3. Right to Document Work
• WeDry reserves the right to document its work for quality control, training, and marketing purposes. This may include photographs and video recordings strictly of our team performing restoration services.
• No personal or sensitive areas of a Client’s home or property will be intentionally recorded or shared.
• By hiring WeDry, you acknowledge and agree that we may use work-related images and videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing before services begin.
• If a Client has concerns about documentation, they must notify WeDry in advance so accommodations can be discussed.
4. Liability & Limitations
• While we take every precaution to protect your property, WeDry is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural weaknesses, or unforeseen complications during restoration.
• The Client is responsible for disclosing any hazards or known risks that may affect the restoration process.
5. Access to Property
• The Client grants WeDry access to the property for the duration of the restoration process. Delays due to restricted access may result in additional charges.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
• WeDry reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as hazardous conditions or severe weather.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
• WeDry values Client privacy and does not share personal information with third parties, except as required by law or for insurance claims processing.
8. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes regarding services provided must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of project completion.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of [State], and any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [County/State].
