- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on scope (cleanup vs. ongoing monthly bookkeeping), number of accounts, and monthly transaction volume. Most clients choose either an hourly kickoff for cleanup/catch-up or a fixed monthly package for recurring bookkeeping + reporting. I’m transparent with pricing upfront and confirm scope in writing before we start. No surprise fees—if anything changes, you’ll know before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quick discovery call to understand your business, goals, and current bookkeeping setup. 2. Review of your accounting file (usually QuickBooks/Xero) and bank/credit accounts to confirm scope. 3. Proposal with timeline: cleanup/catch-up plan or monthly bookkeeping package. 4. Secure onboarding (access, documents, chart of accounts, reporting preferences). 5. Deliverables: reconciled books, clean financial statements, and optional KPI reporting/dashboards. 6. Ongoing support: monthly close cadence, check-ins, and continuous process improvement.

I’m an ACCA Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of finance and management reporting experience across multiple industries and global business units. I also bring strong analytics and automation skills (advanced Excel, Power BI/Power Query) to streamline bookkeeping workflows and deliver clear, decision-ready reporting.
