Most clients choose either an hourly kickoff for cleanup/catch-up or a fixed monthly package for recurring bookkeeping + reporting. I’m transparent with pricing upfront and confirm scope in writing before we start. No surprise fees—if anything changes, you’ll know before work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quick discovery call to understand your business, goals, and current bookkeeping setup.
2. Review of your accounting file (usually QuickBooks/Xero) and bank/credit accounts to confirm scope.
3. Proposal with timeline: cleanup/catch-up plan or monthly bookkeeping package.
4. Secure onboarding (access, documents, chart of accounts, reporting preferences).
