- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the customer's needs and the time that it will take to complete the work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is understanding the needs of the client. Second is looking over the books of clients, in case of insurance, reviewing their policies. Most important is building trust with my clients, the client must understand that I am here for support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold an MBA in finance. I am also an Insurance Auditor for Worker's Comp and General Liability
