- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initially I like to work on an hourly basis and after a few months switch to a reasonable monthly rate. I never charge for calls or questions and only charge when serious transactional work is occuring.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When first starting the onboarding phase with a new client, we like to learn about the business and the processes currently in place. As we learn more about your company and its needs, we will make adjustments and advisements to move toward growth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
QuickBooks Pro Advisor Certified with Advanced certification, B.A., Master’s in Accounting
