- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very reasonable as compared to other Accounting Professionals. We do offer great discounts to new customers, depending on the type of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take our customers very serious. Therefore, we always provide excellent customer service. Our response time is very quick and we always encourage customers to ask any questions. We work very closely with customers to understand their projects in order to provide best solutions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Tax/Accounting Manager, Mr. Anwar has a Masters degree in Accountancy. He is very experienced and performs his job in a very professional manner. He is currently managing the Accounting team at Syed Professional Services. All the team members are highly professional with solid accounting background and experience.
