- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are fixed-fee! No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Every engagement starts with The First Look at $250, which is a paid diagnostic session where I review your actual financials and tell you exactly what's going on. That $250 credits toward any project we do together, so you're not paying it on top of anything. Project fees beyond that are scoped based on what I find, not estimated in advance
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client relationship starts the same way, with a conversation, not a contract. Step 1: You reach out and I send you a short questionnaire. Takes about 5 minutes. Helps me understand your situation before we connect. Step 2: If it looks like a fit, I set you up with a free 20-minute discovery call. No pitch, no pressure. Just a real conversation to make sure I can actually help you. Step 3: If we decide to move forward, the next step is The First Look ($250), a 90-minute diagnostic session where I review your financials and give you a clear picture of what is going on and what I would recommend. Step 4: Within 48 hours of The First Look I send you a written report with my findings and recommendation. If a larger project makes sense, your $250 credits toward it in full. You will never be handed off to someone else. I lead every engagement personally.
