I got a call from my downstairs tenant at 10 PM letting me know there was A LOT of water dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen! Rel responded to my inquiry within minutes (24 hour service!) and was able to resolve the issue within 1 hour of getting to the house. He is an absolute hero! Kept me informed with lots of photos and videos. He is very clean in approach to find the source of the leak.
He is truly professional! I highly recommended this service.

It was cold and rainy the first guy came out to assess the situation. He then called his colleague to tell him what type of equipment he needed. They came and cut and drained the gutter pipe the cleaned it with a wide snake and replaced it with an access drain . It will never have to be cut again . They were quick and professional. I will definitely call them again.
