They did the work as per what I told them was written by my maintenance company
Typically I like to know what work they are doing and explain to me
All I was told that ur maintenance company asked for it and we did it
No effort was put to explain what and why
After spending $890 I still don’t know what was done and now I need someone to come explain

I contacted Topline services for an ac tune up. The secretary advise me the tech should be arrive between 1-2 hours but he was able to come within 30 mins. I did the full tune up including adding freon, changing filers, etc. the tech was so knowledgeable about what he was doing, he spoke to me the the entire time letting me know what is going on. Affordable pricing, would definitely recommend!
