- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are prix-fixe menus offered & my personal & private chef rate is also fixed, but for a custom menu, the prices may vary based on the client's needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Food has been a constant passion in my life. I always wanted to be in the industry & was forced to start my own business after being turned down by every food establishment I interviewed for.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients represent many different cultures & countries. I've worked with of course American, Caribbean, French, Iranian, African. I've also worked with many businesses in New York City.
