Mr. John Shane is truly worth his weight in gold.
He was called to diagnose why a new valve, which had been previously replaced, had not fixed the problem as expected. Mr. Shane took the time and trouble to give it patient analytical thought and testing and he came up with a theory that proved to be true. Problem solved. He is also very thorough and will leave no stones unturned; he cleaned up a few other things in the system, too.
He responds promptly when you call or text, and communicates well in personal as well as in professional terms.

John was exceptional. My thermostat for my radiant floor had issues not easily diagnosed. I had someone else look at it and they told me the floor would have to be pulled up. John took his time trying different approaches until he found the problem which was quickly resolved after replacing a new part. He was pleasant to work with and very professional. I felt lucky to have found him!

This man is wonderful. He responded immediately, asked great questions and gave me the advice I needed. It was above and beyond — he quickly realized that the solution to my problem was not HVAC (his domain). Instead of taking advantage, he knew what guidance to offer and pointed me in the right direction anyway. Just a good person and very professional and informative. I am grateful, and if I ever do have an HVAC issue he will be my first call.

John is the CSI meets MacGyver of the HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation world. There is no problem too complex to confound his expertise or exhaust his commitment to finding the right solution. This guy does not give up!
Nor does he opt for the easiest or most profitable solution for his own bottom line--pushing you to replace parts, major components or entire systems unnecessarily.
He's customer-centric to this core. He diagnosed my problem over the phone and, upon arrival, went straight to fixing every part by hand, all to save me from buying expensive new parts and being without my air conditioning in the meantime.
John is the sort of service provider you don't encounter very often these days. He's also the kind whose incredible value won't be fully clear until you've seen his dedication and abilities first hand and realize how much he's saved you on the back end.
I cannot recommend John more highly!
John promptly responded, quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace (broken relay), and replaced the part and everything worked subsequently.
