I can't recommend Carlon highly enough. I had a genuinely complicated problem with my Fujitsu split system, the kind of intermittent fault that a lot of technicians would have thrown parts at and hoped for the best. Instead, he worked the problem methodically, explained what he was seeing at each step, and made sure the actual root cause was addressed rather than just the symptoms.
His work quality was excellent. He was thorough, careful, and clearly knows these systems inside and out. Just as importantly, he was a pleasure to deal with: punctual for every visit, responsive whenever I reached out with a question, and completely professional throughout. He kept me informed instead of leaving me guessing, and never made me feel rushed.
If you have a tricky HVAC or mini-split issue and want someone who'll actually diagnose it properly, Carlon is your guy. Five stars.
