I called s&r to paint my living room, bed room, and play room. The two guys did a exceptional job. They communicated very well, always answered your call on the second ring. They were early. And they did a beautiful job in my home. They also cleaned up the spaces very well neat workers. I would refer S&R Maintenance to all my friends, co workers , and neighbors. Thank you S&R for your excellent work and the experience. I will call you again for future projects

I was really disappointed and sad with the way my project was handled. I was told the ceiling was completely painted. I find out later it was not. I paid over $3,000 for this work and it was not finished. They did not have proper workman’s comp insurance so my building would not allow them to work the last day. Having said that, there were weeks this job could have been finished before the last day. Telling me things were complete when they weren’t was the most disappointing. There was no regard for door hardware. No tape protection. I have paint everywhere now and work that will have to be redone. I inquired about refunding a portion of what I paid as they did not deliver a completed job, which was agreed to in exchange for payment. I can’t afford to loose money like this and have to pay for the work to be redone. I inquired in 2 messages to them, no reply.
