FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general, my prices are $600 for 2 hours and $200-$300 for each hour afterwards. All my clients get digital online galleries of all there selects delivered in under a week, 48 for events, 2 weeks for weddings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with Why I always like to start with a call. It's a great time to get to know the client and find out what they are looking for and why. If it's family or couples session, I will consult you on what to wear, and discuss where and when.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for photography both after school in high school at my local college in Calgary, Alberta Canada. After high school, I went to a photography school called Western Academy of Photography and was awarded best lifestyle portfolio of the year. The following year I got my first magazine cover of Snowboarder Magazine, and interview in Snowboard Canada while funding myself as a bartender. In 2008, I was like damn, I accomplished all the blue ribbons I could ask for but I make more money bartendering. So I attempted to quit. Two months later, Oakley asked me to shoot some of there athletes in Japan, when i got back I had been asked to do 3 different 10 day magazine features with sports magazines. I quit my bartending job and have never looked back.
