- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts may be offered for trade of services or goods.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to keep in close contact with clients. I tend to send along completed photos promptly to receive an initial critique and then proceed with any corrections or additions if necessary. I never want to disappoint a client, so I will try again and again to make sure their vision is achieved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a BFA from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY.
