- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe every project has its own price based on complexity, quantity amount, size of requests, etc... Some are better priced per hour and some are better with a total project rate. More times than not, I give a project rate so the client can view/own all the images and then select an agreed amount for me to edit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I like to talk with the client to get a feel for the project, setting, theme, etc so I hear their ideas & can make suggestions. Then provide a fair assessment of the time & price, but more importantly to capture their vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the last 15years I've taken classes in shooting, processing, developing, lighting, equipment, software, etc etc.... and still continue taking online courses as well as workshops.
