I found VacRock on Thumbtack and scheduled a thermostat replacement with Kad. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire experience was fantastic.
Andrei and his partner arrived on time and were consummate professionals. They thoroughly inspected my HVAC system, clearly explained what needed to be done, and provided a fair and transparent quote. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail – they went above and beyond by addressing some minor issues with my system that weren't even part of the original job.
After efficiently installing the new thermostat, Andrei took the time to test everything and patiently showed me how to use it. Djam (tech) did a good job with the ceiling vents. The person who did the ventless dryer service was excellent and really went in for a deep clean (took apart the dryer and was very thorough in cleaning and putting it back together) - the tip is mainly for him and his great work! See photo below (amazing!) - the team that came for my parents apartment on the same day, same dryer, did not spend much time and was not thorough with cleaning. Id like to request this same guy for future service but didnt get his name.
