- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a specific pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is pretty cut and dry. I ask to receive 50% to lock the event date, I confirm a week before the event and request a shot list if there is a need. Send one last email confirming location and time, then I arrive at event, capture it, receive other 50% of payment and deliver images through an internet file delivery system. (Unless otherwise agreed.) Depending on event I deliver anywhere between 24hrs and a week, but that is usually arranged between myself and the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Photographer for almost 10 years, with all of my capturing without flash. Started out shooting live music events in New York City nightclubs, capturing very animated subjects in very low light. Primary focus is always to get the environment captured in a way that it was, opposed to how it can be manipulated through software.
