Valentina was an absolute pleasure to work with! We booked her on very short notice (just a week out from the wedding day) and were lucky to find her. During the booking process she was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. Most importantly for me, she was very open to working with religious guidelines that were important to me as a Muslim woman. On the day of, she and her second photographer Eddie were super professional, capturing all of the details and moments from every angle while being friendly and courteous with our guests and family. The photos were delivered to us VERY quickly and were absolutely stunning and expressive and really told the story of our day in a beautiful way. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer!

Right from the beginning my wife and I knew Valentina was the perfect photographer for us. She was more than gracious enough to meet us at a Starbucks by our house. Within the first few minutes of meeting we knew her personality and style of photographing fit exactly what we were looking for. We explained to her that we are terrible at posing and would need a lot of assistance on how to stand and position ourselves, she made it very easy for us. Valentina is very attentive and family oriented. She made sure to get all special people in our lives in a very candid way. After our special day Valentina made it a priority to get us our picture and album on a timely manner and with the utmost professionalism. She's really a great photographer, she knows what she's doing and if she says she will give the pictures on a certain date she will definetly give them on the date she said.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a fine art major in university and photography was one of the many fields I had to practice. I just fell in love.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common are product shoots for websites and catalogs. This includes real estate and architectural photography, and food photography for restaurants.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My proudest professional moment would be covering the NYC Winter Film Festival. It was our first big client after our set back from Hurricane Sandy and it felt good to be amongst people in the industry and see my team performing as beautifully as we did.
