- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service prices are for our time. Shopping appointments include service fees for shopping, behind-the-scenes curation, your styling appointment and returns. The cost of final clothing selections from the Kismet Shop and The Collective appointments are not included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take ourselves out of the equation when styling a client. Our job is to put you in clothes that make you look and feel good. When curating your pieces, we see the clothes through your eyes and figure out how they fit into your existing wardrobe and lifestyle. Our goal isn’t to turn you into anyone else, it’s to help you get to the best version of yourself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been styling for over 10 years and have a background in wholesale fashion and marketing.
