Roman Plumbing came thru just in time before a big snow storm. I smelled fumes and my boiler was not turning on. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. I even received before and after pictures of my issues. Will highly recommend.

Roman and his co-worker did a great job. My boiler had some issue and it kept turning on bringing the temperature inside the house very high. Roman was able to understand the issue and was able to come ASAP with his co-worker and found out what the issue was and fixed it. Also, I had google thermostat installed which wasn’t getting enough power. The team was able to go through each of those and check the wiring and fix everything. They were patient and explained well to us what was going on and neatly completed the job. I recommended this team for any boiler/ thermostat issue. Very knowledgeable.

Pros - good quote, showed up on time, work looks good, personable/nice guys (no attitude)
Cons - obfuscated license (not licensed in NJ), did not stick to quote (asked for more money for work I did not request and specifically said would not approve if it cost more), took a long time to compete, work shoddy (3 year old mini split system broke down, multiple repairmen complaints about installation and rare brand, repair expensive and hard to find anyone experienced, of course, can't reach Roman anymore)

Roman was incredibly punctual and helpful with performing a maintenance check on my family’s gas boiler. He was available to come very quickly, was on time, and performed his work in a timely manner while also communicating the work he had done. Highly recommended!
