I just want to clarify a couple of points: the extra half gallon of paint we left behind was simply as a courtesy so you’d have it handy for future touch-ups down the road, not at all for you to correct any missed spots. When you pointed out areas that needed attention, I immediately sent the crew back, and they completed the touch-ups in less than an hour. We also went beyond the original scope by spackling and cleaning areas that weren’t part of the estimate, as we always aim to leave the space looking its best. For a one-bedroom apartment, we had a crew of four on site for two full days, and in total spent three days on the project. That’s a strong commitment of time and manpower, and I stand by the fact that the work was completed thoroughly within an appropriate timeframe.
