I recently hired Esquire Contracting to redesign the entire front of my home, and the results were absolutely stunning. The first two photos show what my house looked like before, and the difference now is incredible. They installed new brick covered with stucco, added beautiful stonework, new porch tiles, and brand-new iron railings that completely elevated the look of my home. The contractor was extremely professional from start to finish—always on time, very reasonable with pricing, and truly cared about the quality of the work. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the helpful guidance throughout the project. They offered great ideas, helped me make decisions, and made sure every part of the design complemented the house perfectly.

I had 2 bathrooms redone by the company and they both look great. The price was very reasonable overall and the guys working have been super nice. The house is also very old so there were some surprises hidden behind walls, but everything was fixed and the whole project delivered on time. Communication was easy, even though I was mostly out of the house when the jobs were being done.

Bought a co-op which needed a lot of TLC. The kitchen and 2 bathrooms needed complete gutting and renovation. I met with a couple of contractors before ultimately deciding to go with Esquire. Sajj was quick to get the necessary documents, permits in order to get started. During the demo, they noticed many issues that were unavoidable and needed to be fixed. They did so promptly, working with the building superintendent regarding water and gas. Many changes to the project because of unforeseen conditions but Sajj and his father worked through it. They also went above and beyond whilst not including it in the final bill. While it took longer than expected because of the unforeseen conditions, I am very pleased with the end result. Even after project completion and after final payment, Esquire came in twice to fix minor issues as I needed it. I would highly recommend Esquire Contracting for their attention to detail, open communication and professionalism.
