- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope of each project. We provide written estimates before any work begins. Pricing may vary depending on materials, labor, and project complexity. Discounts are available for multiple services or repeat customers. We do not have hidden fees — what we quote is what you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact – We discuss your project, goals, and budget. On-Site Visit & Estimate – We review the space, take measurements, and provide a detailed quote. Scheduling – Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the project at a time convenient for you. Project Execution – We handle all work professionally, keeping your home clean and organized. Final Walkthrough – We review the completed work with you and make sure you are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed and Lead-Safe certified, with extensive training in home renovation, remodeling, and construction safety. Over 7 years in the industry, I’ve completed numerous courses and on-the-job training in carpentry, painting, flooring, tiling, and demolition best practices.
