Miguel Balcazar, the contractor, seemed so perfect and so compassionate. We met on February 19,2024 and it seemed like we could have arrived at an agreeable figure but I still needed an estimate which he offers a free one. I waited awhile and eventually called. He answered and was surprised it was me, but was very kind and said he was a little bit busy. He did assure me I would get an estimate in my Gmail. Another week went by, being sure to give him considerate time, and called again. Once again he was surprised it was me and reassured me that he was just busy but would be sending the estimate very soon and we could talk more about the job. Now it’s March 2nd, almost 3 weeks, and I called and texted again. No response, in fact I go directly to voicemail. I hate giving bad reviews, but I obviously needed compassion and was willing to wait 3 weeks, but now it’s time to be my own advocate. I also need to speak out so no one falls for this after me.

Miguel and his team added a half bath in our attic from scratch. We are so happy with the finished result. He also replaced our backyard fence. The quality of the work is top notch, and prices were fair and reasonable. I would love to work with Miguel again for future projects, and would definitely recommend him to others.

Miguel was the best! My condo was a total mess and I didn't believe it would ever be liveable again. But GOD brought Miguel in my life and he did a wonderful job. I am so pleased with his work. My neighbors were impressed with his seamless and clean lines with the sheetrock work and the hardwood floors throughout the condo. You will not be disappointed. I give him 10+ stars.

Miguel is amazing. He works hard to make sure all the details are right and notices small things even we did not notice, does them over when he is not satisfied. A true craftsman who cares about materials and finish. He is also a very nice guy as are all the people who work with him.
