The most important thing is to listen to what the client wants. Answer all their questions, come by to provide a free estimate, and as we work together, we’ll get to know each other better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father has over 25 years of experience, and I have 10 years of experience. We also hold licenses from Lagler (a flooring company).
