- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our customers should know that we work with all budgets. If you need a discount for an upcoming project you can find it in booking bulk hours or by simply having a conversation with Monee or our sells rep. They understand what we can and cannot do. Discount doesn't equal FREE
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we take a few moments to go over the basics like your name, who's involved in the project, preferred style, personality questions, etc. From there, we solidify what services are needed or what should be included. This is also the stage we also review the contract and pricing. Next, depending on how far out the event is, we may schedule a meeting to review the initial information and document any updates/adjustments. Last but not least, we come to your event and conduct the services booked.
