- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set according to the number of rooms, service area, cleaning specifications, the presence of children&/or pets & estimated hours to complete cleaning .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Super Sisters Cleaning LLC we pride ourselves on clear & concise communication. When welcoming a new client to the SSC family we start with an intake application to gain an idea of the space & person(s) we'll be assisting. Once we've obtained this information the next step is usually an initial clean & sometimes a video walk through. The first 15 minutes of the initial visit is spent walking through the space & noting all areas for special attention, no touch & deep clean. Once the cleaning is complete there is another walk through to touch up or rectify any issues or missed areas. If the client is not home a video is sent 15 minutes before the cleaning is complete. That is the time for the homeowner to make adjustments. If all is superb for our client, payment is requested and the service is closed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as an Executive & Sous Chef for 18 years. In that, cleaning & sanitizing are more important than food presentation... as it is the only way to ensure safe handling of food items during preparation. Cleaning & sanitizing & cross contamination prevention are the first lessons taught. I have also worked with the Handy platform when i first began cleaning & they train all cleaners via video.
