Introduction
I am a 25 year Brooklyn resident, a mom and a lover of the home. I hold a Master’s of Science in Interior Design from Pratt and have 17 years experience. I am continually exploring modes of living and the constructs of a home. Whether staying in a Hogan in the Utah desert, or a tent in the Sahara, I am forever evolving my understanding of dwelling, design, and decor. In addition, my undergrad is in fine art and art history. I have a lifelong appreciation for travel and architecture that have informed my design vocabulary and aesthetic drive.
I find my greatest joy in my interactions with my clients, finding comfort and beauty in their homes and in my work with artisans and craftspeople doing their best work. For me design isn’t a career, it’s a calling.

I needed help with paint colors for a repaint and refresh of my entire home, painted mostly white, and I have never before hired a designer to help me. I have a decent sense of color, but I knew I needed a professional and an artist's eye. Leah had some bold ideas for me, and I am so glad I took her advice. One of the colors she picked for my dining room and entry hall was not one I would never have chosen, but it looks beautiful, gets tons of compliments, and ties everything in the room together. I have a lot of European antiques and love classic design. Even though Leah specializes in modern interiors, she was able to make my home look like something out of World of Interiors magazine. I paid her hourly fee and I feel like, for the amount I paid, I got way more than I paid for. The advice of a professional was invaluable. She was able to do it all remotely, too, with paint chips. Amazing.

Working with Leah on my kitchen remodeling was the dream!! She took the time to get to know what I both needed and wanted. And then she was so quick to come up with suggestions!! I love how flexible she was - quick to pivot when I changed my mind - and she made the whole process to finish so fun. Like I said: the dream work! :)

Leah redid my bathroom and everything was better than expected. She was communicative and responsive through the whole process. She took my taste and knew exactly how to make it happen . Could not recommend more.
