- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts: First Time Clients receive a 10% Discount ($50 Max) when you leave a great review with at least 1 - 2 images on the Thumbtack app and/or any other social media platforms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers my process begins with these questions: A. What is it that you need to be completed? B. What is your availability or do you have someone who can be available while work is being done or do you mind me working at the location by myself? C. Do you have a specific due date? D. Will you be supplying the necessary materials or will I be purchasing them? (Ex. Paint) E. Form of payment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
