I had a carpet removal job, for one room. Once they arrived, they worked quickly and professionally and did a really nice job. They were nice and easygoing, and they were very careful to clean up the room when they were done (sweeping etc.) In the past, I've had other workmen who made a mess. It's nice to hire someone who is considerate and careful. He made sure I was happy with the work before he left (we looked over the room together.)
They even bagged up and removed the carpet and took it away with them, so I didn't have to deal with it. Plus, they moved the furniture and even brought some to the curb.
Overall this was a very positive experience and I look forward to working with them again. Highly recommend!

They were a true pleasure to work with.
They went far above and beyond what was expected to get the job done. They did an exceptional job and left the site clean and organized. They worked with me every step of the way, ensuring that I was aware of the work that was being done.
They were also incredibly kind, trustworthy and understanding people.
This particular project required unique soundproofing options. Options that are not standard for most contractors. L&Y were stepped up to the challenge with nearly 2 decades of experience and a team of experts. They completed a job that could have easily taken weeks in 3 DAYS. This allowed me to get my studio set up considerably quicker and will slow me to get to work.
I will definitely work with them again and can recommend them to anyone.
