Sarah and her team were AMAZING!!! They literally transformed my home. They helped me to decide colors and they fixed some cracks that a wall had without charging me extra! They didn't cover and prep properly, and the painting was very sloppy and uneven. They got paint on our furniture and on clothes in a closet. They said they would be finished in 3 days and it took 5, and even then they didn't clean up the considerable mess they left. (In fairness, Alex offered to send a cleaner the following week, but we had guests coming on the weekend so did it ourselves.) They painted over unpainted light-switch plates and electrical outlets--we couldn't plug anything back in until we removed the plates, shut off the electricity, and chipped away the paint. The company owners said they would be here to supervise the painters (who were not fluent in English), but were present less than 1/4 of the time. They were late 4/5 days and took over two weeks to pick up their vacuum. They told us to leave picture hooks that we wanted to keep, but then they removed them and put them back in the wrong places. It was a very frustrating experience. They did put up new moulding on a wall where it was missing, which they didn't have to do, and which I appreciated. I wish them well, but it seems they are trying to grow their company too quickly, overpromising and underdelivering, and insufficiently vetting their painters.
