Working with Master Key was excellent. I went through a breakup and needed to change locks as my ex had a copy of my key. Master Key showed up promptly and changed my cylinder. He presented options, some pricier with no pressure, and I chose what I wanted, and he ensured the new keys worked smoothly. HIGHLY recommend, and I will be hiring him again, because, eventually, I would like a keypad entry.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we call costumer we ask questions and pictures to get better idea what costumer need , we give estimates over the phone and schedule appointment with the costumer.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We did master key system to 14 doors in commercial building office in Manhattan. The project took 2 hours total.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask all the questions upfront, make sure the locksmith you hire uses high quality hardware. Many times low price = low quality job. Choose wisely!
