APOSTIL INC. offers transparent and flat pricing with no hidden fees. You only pay for: Document procurement (if requested) Apostille or authentication Secure return shipping We offer multi-document discounts, business pricing, and special rates for law firms, adoption cases, immigration attorneys, corporate filings, and educational institutions. A full price list is always provided before we start the order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Review the customer’s document and destination country requirements. Confirm whether exemplification, notarization, or court certification is needed. Send a clear quote and timeline. Receive the original documents to our office (or procure them for you). Process the apostille/authentication with the correct agency. Provide scans + tracking number, then ship documents securely to the client. Communication is provided at every step.
