- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I establish rapport by texting notifying them that I am able to help them with what they requested. We then figure out what time works best for them. Then I collect an address to confirm the appointment. Price is always discussed so it is not a surprise. Then my service will speak for itself because I value my customers to the highest degree.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love the field of real estate and wanted a way to get involved without necessarily buying a property at this moment. This led me to become a loan signing agent which requires a notary commission. I then transitioned into also doing mobile notarization for individuals. I love helping clients in need and giving them that relief when I notarize their documents so that they handle their important business.
