FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts me, I'll first confirm the type of notarization needed, the number of signers and the location of the appointment. We can meet anywhere they'd like, from the comfort of their home to a nearby coffee shop. I then provide a quote and schedule a time that works for both of us. I'll remind the signer to have valid government issued photo ID and to wait until I arrive to sign the document. during the appointment, I'll verify identity of the signer and complete the notarial certificate according to NY law. > When a new customer contacts me, I first confirm what type of document needs to be notarized, the number of signers, and the appointment location. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my mobile notary business after seeing how difficult it can be for people to find a notary when they actually need one—especially outside normal business hours. I wanted to offer a service that comes to the client, works around their schedule, and takes the time to get things done correctly. As a commissioned Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent, I pride myself on being thorough, professional, and dependable, whether it's a simple notarization or a complex loan signing.
