- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes travel, time, and notarization services. Fees vary based on location, number of signatures, and scheduling needs. I provide clear upfront pricing so there are no surprises. Discounts are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I confirm the type of document, number of signatures, location, and timing. I then provide a clear all-in quote. Once confirmed, I meet the client on site, verify identification, complete the notarization, and ensure all documents are properly executed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a New York State commissioned notary public and maintain ongoing familiarity with state notarial requirements, identification standards, and best practices for mobile notarizations.
