- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rates of $55 for five signatures or less. $110 for ten signatures or less. $220 for more than ten signatures, maximum one hour session. 10% discount when paying in cash. Payment types accepted are: Cash, Credit Card via Square, Venmo, Paypal and Zelle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get in touch and decide on a time and place to meet to have your documents notarized. Each session takes approximately 15 mins for five signatures or less.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience working in client experience management in various industries and in fast-paced corporate environments.
