Make sure that every person signing has a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID (like a driver's license or passport). If a signer is elderly or their ID has expired be sure to inform the notary during the booking call so they can discuss if credible witnesses are an option in your state. To save time during the appointment, be sure to fill out all informational sections of the document (names, addresses, etc.) leaving the signature and notary sections blank. Mobile notaries charge for the convenience of traveling to you. When requesting a quote , please give exact locations with parking availability (coffee shop, hospital, office). This helps us give more accurate pricing. Please remember that a Notary Public is not an attorney. We can verify your identity and witness your signature, but we cannot explain what a document means or tell you which box to check.
