- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to have our first consultation in person. This is free to the customer. We meet at an arranged public location. We talk about their vision for the wedding/event, a bit on their history and ours; we tell them what we are able to offer; arrange the next meeting where products/services and costs is discussed. On agreement, we move forward...SIMPLE
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Wedding Planner. I studied Hotel & Restaurant Management and am myself a Facilitator in Protocol/Hospitality Management training. I have been in the Airline Industry for over 20 years, catering to high-leveled Officials and Delegates, as well as, training Flight Attendants on Customer Service and Onboard/In-Flight Service. My Decorating Expertise developed as a result of years of practice at Corporate and Private events...designing airport and hotel lobbies etc...
