Stephanie filed my personal taxes for 2021 and 2022. I was worried because I wasn't sure if I had made any income for my 2022 taxes. She reassured me that filing an extension would benefit my case until I was able to obtain my wage and income transcript from the IRS. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although I do have standard prices for services offered, I am open to work with my customers with a price that works for both of us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is always to listen to my clients and then work with them to resolve their issues. I offer free consultation for the first half hour. Then it's $175 per hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of experience in this industry. Graduate of Pace University Manhattan Campus, Class of 1991 BBA in Public Accounting, Masters of Taxation, Long Island University, Brooklyn Campus,2008, IRS Enrolled Agent 2003. Self Employed from 1991 to present.
